Clinical Psychology
Karen Chilcott is a registered Psychologist in Tasmania and has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society College of Clinical Psychologists and has many year of experience in adult mental health services, as well as in IVF counselling and health psychology.
Karen works with adults who have a mental health problem such as anxiety, depression, eating problems and grief and loss.
Your General practitioners can refer you to see a clinical psychologist. If your doctor completes a Mental Health Care Plan you are able to have up to 12 sessions fully funded by Medicare. Karen only sees clients who have a Mental Health Care Plan and bulk bills all clients (no out of pocket expense).
