What do I need to do to prepare for the test?
- Prior to the test consume as wide a variety of food as possible
- Avoid food that may have a adverse reaction or cause anaphylaxis
- The test is not advisable for persons on immunosuppressive drugs such as corticosteroids
- If you use NSAIDS such as nurofen, aspirin, period pain medication you must abstain for 4 weeks prior to testing.
